There are times when I get discouraged writing this blog: it’s hard to keep writing something like this when there’s not a whole lot of feedback and you really have no idea whether anyone is reading it at all. Then the other day, I installed a plugin that lets me track various stats, and I found out that this blog gets around 100 visits per day! So, hello there, mysterious anonymous readers. I hope you enjoy!

I know the feeling that blogging can be a very lonely thing.
Are you using Google Analytics or CrazyEgg? I use both.
Spending time on your blog I find the content to be very very good and you do get some comments here and there. Maybe some of the explorations are too challenging for many folks and thus they find it hard to comment?
Your blog has a Google PageRank of 4. That’s pretty good. Plus 100 visitors a day is a whole lot more than I’m getting right now.
Now that I’m in freefall after having dropped out of employment as a software type I’ll have time to do some of your intriguing challenges and comment on them.

100 each day? Imagine if you were writing again… There was some pretty good stuff here over the last few months.

Malcolm Gladwell (author of “Tipping Point” and “Blink”) just blogged today for the first time in over a year. Says he’s been working on his newest book which is now done, so he’ll be blogging more again. Hmmmmm.

@Sol: I’m just using the statistics provided by a WordPress plugin, I haven’t taken the time to register with Google Analytics or whatnot. Maybe I will at some point… or maybe not… meh. =)
